The ARF Board of Directors

Amy Ferguson (President)
Amy Ferguson joined the ARF board in July of 2009 and has thoroughly enjoyed all that she has learned about ARF and Everett Animal Services and what they do for the community.  A lifelong animal lover, she is very passionate about what ARF stands for and how they can help the Everett Animal Shelter to be the best it can. Amy currently lives in Everett with her husband and their two cats.

Jamie Dahlgren (Secretary)
Jamie has been a volunteer at the Everett Animal Shelter since 2001 and has served the animals and staff in most all areas available. She currently has four cats: two older gentlemen and two wild young girl. She also worked with Greyhound rescue through GPI, in both fostering Greyhounds off the track and in attending adoption booths. She and her family had three Greyhounds of their own. They have each gone to the Rainbow Bridge.

Jamie had long felt she wanted to do something to improve the lives of homeless companion animals, becoming a volunteer at the Shelter provided that opportunity. From working towards the spay & neuter policy to Pet Finder, orientation meetings and planning for the new shelter it has been a labor of love.

Jamie can be contacted at jamie@everettarf.org

Greta Schreurs (Treasurer)
Greta Schreurs has worked with ARF since the Spring of 2010, and has previously been active with animal welfare groups and fundraising. She became involved with ARF because of the opportunity for community involvement and she believes, as Mahatma Ghandi, that:  "The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated". Greta lives in Bothell and currently has two canine children.

Greta can be contacted at greta@everettarf.org
